FINE APPLE BRANDY – MUSCAT

This single cask release was matured in an 120L ex muscat barrel, filled in August 2013 and bottled in April 2017.

The barrel has delivered a whole tonne of complexity resulting in a rich spirit that bursts with dried muscatel and dark chocolate aromas.

Bottled at 40% ABV.

An elegant single cask release – you’ll find macerated fruit, lifted floral notes and toasty oak.

This 120L ex tokay cask was filled in August 2013 and the spirit bottled in December 2017.

Blanco

Blanco is the purest aromatic expression of Tassie apples – Willie Smith’s cider twice distilled.

A classic eau-de-vie, you can drink it chilled as the French might or allow it to add an extra dimension to cocktails.

Or try out favourite, the B&T: Blanco served with Capi Native tonic water and a splash of bitters.
